Open to all Brock University teaching assistants, marker graders, tutorial leaders, and lab demonstrators.  Workshop is applicable to all disciplines.

Mindfulness is a contemplative practice and can help both students and teachers, teach and learn in the present moment.  This workshop will focus on how to incorporate mindfulness into your classroom and how to keep mindful during stressful times in the classroom.

Facilitator:  Kaitlyn Kerridge,  Department of Health Sciences

All Brock University TAs, Marker Graders, Lab Demonstrators and Tutorial Leaders are welcome. This session is applicable to all disciplines.

Participation in this workshop will earn 1 TA credit towards the completion of the Brock University TA Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education.
