Open to all Brock University teaching assistants, marker graders, tutorial leaders, and lab demonstrators.  Workshop is applicable to all disciplines.

In this workshop session, participants will receive the opportunity to investigate various types of effective ice-breakers and energizers. Through interactive discussion and exploration, participants will acquire an understanding of instructional strategies which aid in the creation of a positive, welcoming, and motivating learning environment.

Facilitators: Christina Quintiliani, Department of Education and Khadija Dairywala, Department of Psychology

Participation in this session will earn 1 TA credit towards the completion of a TA Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education.
