Helping Your Students Prepare for Exams

Open to all Brock University teaching assistants, marker graders, tutorial leaders, and lab demonstrators. 
TA w
orkshops are applicable to all disciplines.

This workshop will focus on strategies for TAs:

1) to set expectations for students in their courses regarding exams

2) to increase students' independence through constructive feedback and exam preparation strategies

3) to broaden their repertoire of exam review techniques

Facilitator:  Monica Drenth, A-Z Learning Services

Participation in this session will earn 1 TA credit towards the completion of a TA Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education.
